Blindfolds, Brains and the Battle for the Tower: AIHM’s Epic Team Building Day

At AIHM, we believe in learning by doing—and we mean it. All the industry expertise students learn inside the classroom fuels their future success, but that’s just one part of the equation. In addition to their academic studies, AIHM students gain and grow real-world skills through a focus on internships, practical arts coursesandleadership opportunities. During their growth period with us, our students dive into active learning experiences that challenge them to grow as individuals and as teammates.

This term, our fourth-semester BBA students stepped out of the classroom and into the action with a high-energy day of challenges designed by the team building pros at Beunite. Teams joined minds in exciting games designed to test memory, strategy, communication and grit.

Only the wealthiest members of society were able to own books, and even then, the number of books you were able to own or gain access to was limited by practical considerations. As of September 2023, the internet contains 4.3 billion pages of content, accessible to virtually everyone. Those Medieval Europeans would consider today’s wide-sweeping access to knowledge an embarrassment of riches. But knowledge does not equal understanding.
