We will use percentages and ratios to be able to quickly assess the state of a business. You’ll learn how to use a Cost Volume Profit approach (a CVP or “break even” analysis) to assess short-term decisions. Following this, we’ll turn to long-term financial decisions and how to evaluate possibilities with regards to their feasibility and potential profitability.
