Lessons from the CIHA: Insight, Empathy and Motivation
Sira Watthanabaramisakun was a bright young talent working at the iconic Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel. A graduate of Thailand’s prestigious fine arts institution Silpakorn University, he’d had a chance to hone his skills in the language arts with an English degree and had several years of experience with Four Seasons and Minor Hotels. Intelligent, hardworking and ambitious—Sira possessed many of the qualities that enable a successful career in hospitality management.
