As a Swiss national working in Asia, I’m proud of all these claims to fame, but one Swiss signature is closer to my heart than all the others: Switzerland has a reputation for being home to some of the best hotel schools in the world. Today, I’m excited to discuss the Swiss model of education in hospitality and hotel management and where it can be found in Asia. At AIHM (the Asian Institute of Hotel Management in Academic Association with Les Roches), we’re committed to bringing this world-renowned model to Thailand to benefit other parts of Asia and to provide our students with the highest quality of education, training and support.
