Public Speaking is something that people can be quite nervous about and with a little bit of encouragement in a supportive environment it is amazing how much progress can be made in a short time.

There are so many things available for us to learn. Working with leaders who have an interest in enhancing their strengths and encouraging those around them to do the same puts us all on an even playing field to innovate, with passion and ambition that matter the most.

By sharing your strengths and building your personal brand people will know how they can collaborate with you best.  To create a personal brand you have to identify the purpose, benefits and responsibilities of branding by defining your personal values, strengths and long term goals in alignment with your personality type.

You cannot be everywhere at once, it is important to identify one social media platform to develop your strategic presence and reach your target audience.  Then, discussing key elements including authenticity and the importance of choosing three cornerstone words will keep you focused.  By creating a mission statement and selecting a key personal photograph for your brand you will become recognizable. 

Remember, it is important that you surround yourself by people who want you to succeed and are willing to give feedback to help you grow, desiging your own personal ‘Board of Directors’ for your brand can help you elevate even faster and collaborate with likeminded people who have the same vision as you.
